This has kind of been played out (I think I saw it on Yahoo! as a featured video), but since I'm starting this new blog I gotta get some content up. I love this video, but I love more that it was directed by the artist, Oren Lavie. Check out this video for the song Her Morning Elegance. Its a great example of how low tech can be very effective and beautiful when done correctly.
Seriously, all this is is… move head, take the shot, add pillow, take the shot, move pillow, take the shot, move pilow, take the shot… you get it… gorgeous end product. Good song too!

Here are some amazing photos of the inauguration that I came across today. Pretty amazing shots.
Pay attention to the contrast between American shots and those from around the world. They are interesting on face for the international interest in Barack Obama, but there are some amazing socio-economic points of interest for me in the details. Really interesting and quality photos.

We were pining for the Fourth of July on a cold February morning the other day, and the conversation turned to the quality of concerts that have performed at the VP Fair (Now Fair St. Louis/Live on the Levy) through out the years. I knew I had seen some greats in my childhood, but I wanted to find out exactly who was there. I found this recap of 81' through 91' here.
